Low, Lower, Lowest Number Of Homes For Sale

As of this morning, there are only 225 homes for sale in all of Huntington Beach. That figure includes condos, townhouses and detached homes in all price ranges. Out of that we have 146 detached homes, and only 22 of those have a pool. Buyers are still fighting for homes below $600k, and multiple offers are the rule. It sounds depressing for Buyers, and great for Sellers. Prices keep creeping up due to huge demand. Fortunately, mortgage rates are still low and should remain low in the near future. Old fashioned mailings searching for listings are gaining some response, however. Please, remember: if you know someone wanting to buy or sell a home, refer them to your local agent.
